With new water restrictions throughout Los Angeles County, water management is more than ever a critical component of wise landscape management practice. Rebecca has served as a water conservation specialist at the Pasadena Water and Power Department. She uses her long experience in water auditing and assessment when helping clients meet watering requirements while sustaining healthy plants. Rebecca also leads landscape water conservation workshops.
